May Intersession is a great way to catch up or get ahead on your classes!

The 2025 session runs from May 17 through June 25, and registration begins February 24, 2025.

Financial aid may be available, and the College of Continuing and Professional Education will work with you to create a payment plan customized to your financial situation.

Registration begins	February 24, 2025
Registration period ends without late fee	May 18, 2025
Last day to drop a class with 100% refund of course fee (less $10 processing fee)	May 18, 2025
Late registration deadline with $25 late fee	May 19—May 21, 2025 • 11:59 pm PT Students must obtain signature on a registration form or attach an email approval from the instructor to their registration form
Last day to add class	May 21, 2025 • 11:59 pm PT
Credit/no-credit option deadline	May 21, 2025
Last day to drop with partial refund of course fee (65%) and no record of enrollment	May 23, 2025 • 11:59 pm PT Students must submit a Change of Program Form (Add/Drop/Withdraw Form)
Period to drop with a “W” (instructor’s and department chair's signatures required) and no refund	May 24, 2025—June 19, 2025
Period requiring Petition to Withdraw. Instructor, Department Chair and College Dean approvals needed.	June 20, 2025—June 25, 2025 Serious and compelling reason to withdraw from a course; Students must obtain signatures on a Petition for Exception Form
Last Day of Classes:	June 25, 2025
Grades due 72 hours after class ends	June 28, 2025
