M.A., Negotiation & Conflict Resolution, 2010

Ebony K. Martin is a Contracts Manager for Raytheon Company, Network Centric Systems. She received a Master’s Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from CSUDH in 2010. Ms. Martin also holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley, and a Certificate in Contract Management from San Diego State University.

Ms. Martin joined Raytheon in 2006, after a successful stint as a Contracts Administrator for Northrop Grumman Space Technology. While at Raytheon, she has successfully completed several programs for leadership and professional growth. In 2011, she graduated from the NCS Cross Functional Rotation Program, and she has also completed the NCS Protrac program. She is a certified Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist.
