Dan Dauer

Dan Dauer serves as vice president of IT for World Oil Corporation, where he is aligns the IT strategy to World Oil’s business goals and objectives with a focus on transformation to help move the company to a “services first” organization.

Before joining World Oil Corporation, Dauer was VP of Technical Operations for Fox Networks Group. He played an important role in the technology growth of Fox Networks Group, including transforming to an IT service management organization, site management for marquee events such as the Super Bowl, World Series, and Daytona 500. Dauer is also credited for working with a small team that pioneered the launch of FOX Sports and built the FOX BOX, on-air stats systems, and on-air AVID iNEWS broadcast system.
