When Chiraz Zouaoui Kelly left her homeland of Tunisia for the United States more than 15 years ago, she carried little more than her personal belongings and $800.

Today, she is the founder and president of STAFFACTORY, which provides staffing solutions for businesses. Prior to STAFFACTORY, Kelly was the chief executive officer of City National Security Services, which she established in 2001 while a student at CSUDH.

Chiraz is an active CSUDH alumna, having served as president of the CSUDH Alumni Advisory Council. She is currently a member of the CSUDH Philanthropic Board.
