1. To Make Donations by Mail: 
   • Please make your check payable to CSUDH Philanthropic Foundation and mail it to:

   • Please include the following information with your check: 
     • What the deduction is for: (examples:  BFSA Scholarship Fund: Sears; BFSA Scholarship Fund: Matthews; or  BFSA General Fund)
     • Please include our account number: 8064   
2. To Make Donations by Payroll Deduction 
   • Fill out a payroll deduction form (Click here to download the form)and submit the form to this secure dropbox link:  Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/request/6qqEIvaaIIqMhgLhwwFJ. 

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

1. Ralph's Grocery Store - Make BFSA the recipient of your Community Contribution.  When you buy groceries at Ralph's, they will make a donation to BFSA.

   • Once you have your digital account at https://www.ralphs.com.  Choose an organization to support: (enter: DQ370 or BLACK FACULTY AND STAFF ASSOC, CAL STATE DOMINGUEZ)
   • Shop at Ralph's and Support BFSA...Ralphs will donate a portion of your purchases to BFSA every time you use your card input your phone number.
