Notifying the Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI)
To ensure that all students receive the resources and options that they need after experiencing a traumatic incident, CSUDH staff, faculty, and student employees are required to notify the Office of Equity and Inclusion about all incidents that fall under the umbrella of sexual misconduct, sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. It is important to be honest and direct with students regarding your reporting obligations to the Office of Equity and Inclusion.
