Biography                            

Dr. Hamid Pourmohammadi received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) in 1996 and his M.S. degrees in Operations Research from the University of Southern California in 2000. He obtained his Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2005. Dr. Pourmohammadi research interests center on Optimization application in different areas including: Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Management. His book entitled “Green Logistics for Regional Industrial Waste Materials and Byproducts” was published in 2009. Hamid has also been teaching quantitative courses at undergraduate and graduate level including: Business Statistics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management.
