Biography
Dr. Lei Lai, PhD, is an associate professor of management in the College of Business Administration & Public Policy at California State University, Dominguez Hills. She received her PhD in organizational behavior and management from Carnegie Mellon University. Her work has appeared in premium journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Her 2007 publication on gender and negotiations won the 2015 Most Influential Article Award from the Conflict Management Division of the Academy of Management. She teaches courses in organizational behavior, leadership, and negotiation.
