Biography
Marie Palladini is a Professor in the Department of Public Administration, Criminal Justice curriculum, at the California State University, Dominguez Hills. She has also served as the Interim Associate Dean for the College of Business Administration and Public Policy, as well as Acting Chair for the Department of Public Administration. Previously, she worked as Special Agent with the United States Fish Wildlife Service, Office of Law Enforcement, where she conducted investigations involving violations of federal wildlife conservation statutes. Ms. Palladini received her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles. Ms. Palladini's research focuses on criminal law and procedure, ethics in the criminal justice system, wildlife law enforcement, internships and organizational culture in the public and private sectors. Her work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals including Journal of International Academy for Case Studies, Journal of Legal, Ethical and Regulatory Issues, and Business Case Journal. Ms. Palladini was the recipient of the CSUDH Lyle E. Gibson Distinguished Teacher Award, 2014. She serves as faculty advisor for the Criminal Justice Administration Honor Society, Alpha Phi Sigma, CSUDH Kappa Theta Chapter.
