Biography
Roger Qiyuan Jin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration. He received a PhD in Public Administration and Policy from the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. He also obtained a Master of Public Policy from University of California, Irvine and a BA from University of International Relations. His research interests include government performance, organizational reputation, public personnel management, and E-governance. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals like International Public Management Journal and Governance. His recent work focuses on the application of machine learning and text-as-data in public administration research.
