Biography
Xia Zhao is Professor of Management and former department chair of the Management and Marketing Department at the CSUDH College of Business Administration and Public Policy. She received her Ph.D. in Organizations, Strategy, and International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. Professor Zhao’s research interests include strategy, alliances, and corporate governance. Her research has been published in top academic journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and Organization Studies. One of her recent papers which was published in Multinational Business Review has been selected by the editorial team as an Outstanding Paper in the 2019 Emerald Literati Awards.
