| Assistance with scheduling an appointment with an Advisor, Petitions for Exception forms, Add/Drop forms, change of major/minor, grade appeals, permission numbers, registration issues, and forms needing signatures. |

| Forms requiring the Dean's signature will be signed by the Associate Dean. Please view the relevant tab on the Student Support & Services page to upload your form to our secure Dropbox folder for processing. |

| CBAPP students may visit the Career Center to attend workshops, have their resume reviewed, participate in interviews, and more. Handshake is the online student portal for CSUDH students looking for on- and off-campus jobs and internships. CBAPP student who want to enroll in an Internship Course must follow the CBAPP online instructions through Handshake. |
| CBAPP offers scholarships early in the spring semester for award in the next fall semester. |
