What type of instructional classes do you offer?
Our program consists of 4 core classes, which are Conversation & Listening, Writing, Reading and Grammar. We also offer elective classes such as TOEFL, American Culture, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Idioms, and other subjects.
How much does it cost to attend ALCP?
The cost is per session is $2,600. International students also have a fee of $250.30 per sessions for health insurance.
How many students are in each class?
The average is 12 to 15 students per class.
What kind of services does the University provide?
CSUDH has a library with 5 floors of reading materials and computerized data base services. The Health Center provides student health services and psychological counseling services. The Computer Labs provide students with free access to the Internet. The Loker Student Union offers a variety of services, which include Food Court, Bookstore, television room, recreation room (billiards, ping pong, video and board games), and Toro Shops (copying, faxing, shipping and travel).
What type of physical activities can I do on campus?
The athletic facilities available on campus include the gymnasium, swimming pool, weight room, training room, baseball/softball field, soccer field, tennis courts, track and all-purpose field. CSUDH also has the Olympic Velodrome, a world-class bicycle-racing stadium.
Do you have housing available on campus?
Housing is available on campus. University Housing has furnished apartments with a choice of one-bedroom, two-bedroom or three-bedroom apartments. There are also recreation rooms, study lounges, and laundry facilities.
Do you have banking service near the campus?
Wells Fargo Bank is located on campus. There are two ATM machines and an office for opening and updating accounts.
