The following criteria will be used to waive this examination requirement:
Completed at least 3 years of high school academic course work taught in English; either in the U.S. or in a country where English is the native language.

If you attended full-time an institution at the secondary level (or above) for at least three years, where English is the native language of the country or the principal language of instruction for the entire college was in English, you may be eligible for a TOEFL waiver and will not need to take the English proficiency test.
