The Office of Equity & Inclusion receives and responds to incidents, concerns, complaints, and inquiries about harassment, discrimination, retaliation, sexual misconduct, dating/domestic violence, and stalking. To report an incident to the Office of Equity & Inclusion, you may complete and submit the online incident report form at Office of Equity & Inclusion. To report an emergency, please call the CSUDH Police Department by dialing 911 or (310) 243-3333.
