Faculty and Staff - Permit Purchasing in Full

If you purchase your permit in full at the beginning of each Fiscal Year, term, or academic year please follow the steps below:

  • Please complete the online request to receive a “Request to Issue a Parking Permit” form from Human Resources.  The form must be presented at the Cashier’s Office window to purchase a parking permit or to renew/establish a payroll deduction.
  • Print and bring the form received to: 
    • Cashiers Office/SFS WH-270
  • Cashiers office only accepts cash, check, or money orders as a form of payment.
Faculty and Staff: Enrolled in Automatic Payroll Deduction of Parking Fees

If you enrolled in automatic payroll deductions for your parking fees a new permit valid for the current fiscal year, 2021-2022, was mailed on June 23,2021.
