The knowledge and skills necessary to navigate an increasingly diverse campus and interconnected world are substantial. The Division of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice (DEIJ) equip faculty, staff, and administrators with a variety of tools and resources necessary to be welcoming and inclusive of our diverse campus community through workshops, seminars, and trainings.

Intended Outcomes:

  • Provide robust, on-going DEIJ professional development and training opportunities for all CSUDH employees.
  • Raise campus awareness about issues and topics relevant to DEIJ, with a particular emphasis on anti-racism and racial equity.
