The university has recently partnered with Academic Impressions, an organization offering a comprehensive suite of best-in-class DEI training and resources that supplement and extend CSUDH's current DEI work even further.
This partnership provides all CSUDH employees with free membership access to a host of training resources designed specifically for professionals working in our industry.
The DEI Foundations courses are an intentional collection of personal development and skill building trainings that provide education and awareness-building, self-reflection, and next steps. Each course consists of short videos, reflective activities, and downloadable materials.
Multicultural Competency courses are designed for individuals who are seeking an opportunity to learn about the benefits of building cultural humility and the techniques to become a more culturally conscious and sensitive individual. Each course consists of short videos, reflective activities, and downloadable materials.
Integrate professional development into your daily routine and establish a solid understanding of advanced DEI concepts in your work by completing a DEI Micro-Certification. Upon signing up, you will get daily emails Monday through Friday with bite-sized videos, activities, and assessments that you can complete in 30 minutes or less each day. Finish the curriculum within the allotted time to request a certificate of completion through Academic Impressions.
