The Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership is offered by the Division of Graduate Education located in the College of Education at California State University, Dominguez Hills. The Program will admit a limited pool of educators each year who meet the academic requirements and who possess personal qualities and professional experiences that suggest a strong potential for success as doctoral candidates and as educational leaders. The program is intended to prepare individuals for executive level leadership positions. Admission will be granted on a first come, first serve, competitive basis.

Complete the Ed Leadership for Justice (ELJ) Program Application by February 15, 2025 for the Summer 2025 Cohort. Review of applications begin on August 1, 2024. The priority deadline for acceptance is December 1, 2024.
Attend an Interview with the ELJ Program Admissions Committee
Complete the university application on Cal State Apply between February 1st and March 15th and pay a non-refundable $70 fee.
Submit official transcripts to the University.
Await notification.
