Committee Charter
The CSUDH Campus-Wide Health and Safety Committee has been formed and organized for the express purpose of promoting, supporting, and improving the safety of everyone at the university. The committee is comprised of safety representatives for each of the campuses' union's bargaining units, managers, EHS staff, Worker's Compensation, and invited guests.
The committee members discuss campus safety concerns and actively promote health and safety in their respective areas. Members, in turn, keep their representative groups informed of new safety policies and laws as well as relevant safety and injury trends. This is a fundamental function of the committee.
