RSS Updates

We are excited to announce that RSS has moved from a legacy phone line to a new and improved contact center!

The new system will provide a better customer service experience for clients. It offers new options such as call routing to the next available representative, phone queues where callers can choose to hold or leave a message, and information for callers if they have reached RSS during non-business hours.

As part of this move, our phone number has changed to (530) 618-5580. The previous number will remain active during a transitional period to provide a seamless transition.

We look forward to providing you this improved caller experience, and as always, your feedback is welcome.

We are pleased to announce that the updated RSS Analytics portal will be available this Friday, October 22^nd. You’ll see an improved user interface when you login Friday morning.

We’re pleased to announce the latest release of Inspect Desktop. Available April 12^th, 2021.

Here are the top features that you can look forward to with this new release:

• Added: RP will continue to see action items related to for findings that change statuses to "In Progress" and "Not Resolved".
• Added: Action items will display for routing group members when they have been assigned findings to resolve. 
• Corrected: Issue affecting some users unable to start a discussion.
• Corrected: Issue for some routing group members unable to access report.
• Corrected: Shareable link email not sending for some users.

We’re pleased to announce the latest release of Inspect Mobile v2.19.0. Available March 17^th, 2021.

Here are the top features that iPhone and iPad users can look forward to with this new release:

• Added: The Inspect app now periodically backs up your inspections. If you think you’ve lost your inspections, check the Settings menu within the app to see if your inspection can be recovered. 
• Added: If your account automatically signs out after a period of inactivity, the Inspect app will now save your edits before getting signed out.
