Further, you may report an incident using our secure online incident report form. All CSUDH staff, faculty, and student employees are mandated to report all incidents that fall under the umbrella of sexual misconduct, sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence and stalking, as well as discrimination and harassment on the basis of protected statues.
