Immediately report lost/stolen equipment to local law enforcement where incident occurred and request a copy of the police report or the police report number.
For desktop/laptop computers, cell phones, and tablets, immediately notify both the CSUDH Information Security Office at iso@csudh.edu and TechCheckout at techcheckout@csudh.edu, so that they can perform the necessary actions in order to prevent unauthorized access of CSU data.
