The Asset Management Department does not remove large, heavy and/or bulky equipment/property.
Departments/Colleges will need to submit an online work order with Facilities Services (Work Control Center) at the expense of the requesting Department/College.
The Asset Management Department removes the surveyed equipment/property from the Department/College inventory records.
The Asset Management Department will determine if the surveyed equipment/property is still viable or if needs to be sent to the Property Survey Board for disposition approval.
Viable equipment/property will be repurposed.
Surveyed Equipment that is still in good working condition will be stored in the Asset Management Surplus Storage Shed and will be available for reuse to the campus community.
The Property Survey Board will sign off and approve one of the following disposition statuses suggested by Asset Management:
