PRACTICING EQUITABLE PEDAGOGY INSTITUTE
The FDC Practicing Equitable Pedagogy Institute on Equitable Assessment and Grading Practices will consist of three (3) synchronous meetings and two (2) weeks of asynchronous work. Faculty participants should expect to spend approximately 10 – 15 hours on the Institute. At the end of the Equitable Assessment and Grading Practices Institute, faculty participants will submit a revised assignment, syllabus, assessment, etc., using the tools and methods provided.

In FDC’s Practicing Equitable Pedagogy Institute on Equitable Assessment and Grading Practices, learn about equity-based assessments, why they are one of the foundations of equitable course design, and how to incorporate them into your online and in-person classes.
