To begin, simply complete the Project Request Form, powered by Smartsheet, to provide us with details about your project. This form allows us to capture essential information efficiently and ensures that our team has a clear understanding of your vision and requirements from the start.

Project Request Process

  1. Submit a Request: Complete the online Project Request Form to initiate your project. Please provide detailed information about your project, details of what needs to be completed, and budget considerations.
    • This process goes from Project Request to a Project Agreement, once Project Agreement has been executed, it will be a fully moving project.
  2. Consultation and Planning: Our team will review your request and contact you to discuss your project in detail. This phase allows us to understand your needs and assess the scope of work.
  3. Design and Approval: Based on your requirements, our project manager will team up with designers and engineers to create plans that align with university standards. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve these designs before construction begins.
  4. Construction & Implementation: Our team will manage the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to your department’s operations and compliance with university and safety standards.
  5. Project Completion & Feedback: Once construction is complete, we’ll walk you through the final result and gather any feedback to continuously improve our services.
