The recruitment process for staff and management employees at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) incorporates all federal and state regulations, California State University (CSU) collective bargaining agreements, CSU system policies, and University policies and guidelines. Many components of the recruitment process are mandated by these regulations and policies. This section contains all guides, forms and procedures for recruiting positions across campus. Please refer to the guidelines below to fill your positions. Upon submission of appropriate recruitment forms, Human Resources will double-check all forms to ensure hiring guidelines were followed and that the final candidate meets the minimum qualifications before the job offer is made.
