Consultation Services

Classification and Compensation is available to provide consultation services to departments upon requests.  These services include: division/department reviews, organizational structure, and position description cycle reviews.

• Reviews and consultation for unit reorganization proposals.
• Position Description cycle reviews – Ensures position descriptions are current and reflects the work being performed.  We recommend departments conduct a cycle review every three (3) years.
• Succession planning and Workforce development (coming soon) – training programs that provide existing with the skills to complete current and future tasks.
