California State University Dominguez, Hills has recently partnered with Academic Impressions, an organization specializing in professional development resources for higher education staff and faculty.

This partnership provides all staff, faculty, and administrators with membership access to a host of training resources designed specifically for professionals working in our industry. Topic areas range from skills-based trainings for professionals in all areas of higher ed, to leadership trainings on topics such as supervision, personal effectiveness, and diversity, equity & inclusion, and more.

This partnership will provide you with access to:

Virtual Conferences (1 to 3 days, 4 to 5 hours / day) 

Our virtual conferences are designed to provide a robust and dynamic learning experience. We leverage active learning environments and online spaces where you can explore ideas, get inspired by what your peers are doing, and understand the range of possibilities around a certain topic. You will leave these sessions with practical solutions that you can implement right away. 

On-Demand Learning

Video Courses (2-3 hours)

Mini Courses (5-10 days, 10-15 minutes / day)

Our member-exclusive mini courses are designed to deliver curated professional development opportunities for those with busy schedules. Participants will receive daily emails containing bite-sized videos, and activities, and assessments that can be completed in 15 minutes or less each day.
