Canvas Support

If you run into an issue while in Canvas, support is available!

  1. Select the “Help” button, located on the left-side Global Navigation menu.
  2. Then, select from one of the support resource items within the menu.
  3. You can also contact Academic Technology Support.

CSUDH UserName And Account Activation

Registered students and current faculty and staff are eligible for a CSUDH network account. The campus network account (and password) gives you access to many University and online resources such as email, wireless network access, Blackboard, MyCSUDH, and much more.

Password Rule Changes and Expiration Notification

Users will be notified by email when their campus account password is about to expire. Starting at 30 days prior to expiration, users will receive daily reminders until they change their campus account password.
