Dropbox is cloud-based storage service that provides unlimited, free, online space for storing and sharing files. Files stored on Dropbox can be synced and accessed from anywhere and from any device. Currently CSUDH offers a limited number of licenses to faculty and staff.

Microsoft Office 365 allows current CSUDH students, faculty, and staff to install Office 365 on up to five computers and five mobile devices. The application offers the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more.
CSUDH offers a cloud-based, self-service, password reset service to make resetting your password easy. Students, faculty, staff, alumni can reset passwords via security questions or email. Department accounts can also be reset.
