Throughout the year, MSA hosts a variety of programs and services designed to equip our undergraduate men with the tools necessary for post-secondary success and beyond. These include workshops, peer-led study halls, leadership development retreats, civic engagement opportunities and one on one mentorship. The objective is to create an effective, achievement-based environment that supports and empowers young men of color to succeed and persist in higher education. Collectively these efforts service to cultivate a college graduating culture within the Male Success Alliance.
In 2024-2025, our programming and events will focus on GROWTH and growing academically and professionally in a purposeful manner.

T - Thriving: Not just surviving but thriving in success and achievement of goals set
