Dr. Robert Whipple is currently a city councilmember, special education teacher, and school psychologist living among Yup'ik Eskimos in the native village of Hooper Bay, Alaska. Dr. Whipple is a 1994 graduate of Behavioral Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution who has taught in the program since 1995. His current practice related to NCRP deals with facilitating community circles, multidisciplinary team meetings, behavior intervention plans, and working with many municipal departments. Whipple's authorship involves writing confidential individual education plan, functional behavioral assessments, and psycho-educational reports. He authored the NCRP Portfolio Guide and professed over 250 students through the capstone course.
