Equality California Institute Comcast Fellowship Program | Through a generous grant from Comcast Foundation, Equality California Institute, the largest LGBT advocacy organization in the state, is offering a fellowship program for college students in Sacramento for the summer. The program is a four-week full-time fellowship where students are placed in the Capitol offices of legislators working with their staffs. In addition to working in the Capitol, they will get to meet prominent lobbyists, legislators and community members to experience the policy-making process first-hand. They will also receive a $3,000 stipend by the end of the program. The deadline to apply is April 10th and the fellowship runs from June 22nd to July 17th. Download the Application here. |
