The Office of Digital Transformation (DX) includes the I.T. Web & Mobile Services and the Application Development teams.
The department aims to deliver innovative and sustainable web and mobile technology solutions that are essential to furthering the University's mission. Digital Transformation will provide technology solutions, expert consultation, and leadership to enhance the advancement of learning and knowledge and the effectiveness of campus support services and business processes for the University.
DX strives to create a culture of easily accessible, intelligently designed, seamless systems that improve the CSUDH user experience by making interactions available anywhere. The goal is to strengthen university processes, eliminate administrative bottlenecks, reduce technology barriers, and increase operational efficiency by creating intuitive, agile, and efficient tools to accelerate graduation, increase retention, and support the success of our students, faculty, and staff.
The Web & Mobile team, a unit within the Digital Transformation department, is a small, vibrant team of I.T. professionals committed to elevating the University's web and mobile presence by leveraging the latest tools and techniques. The team creatively delivers web and mobile user experiences that are easily accessible, intelligently designed, and will propel the University into a more technologically-agile institution.
The Application Development team is responsible for development within application stacks and integrating data between applications.
