Application Operations provides services and support for campus enterprise systems (such as integrated modules for Financial, Human Resources, the Student System, and OnBase) and third-party cloud systems (such as WebAdmit, EAB, and ServiceNow.) The team provides systems analysis, programming, some reporting, technical support, and consultation of the enterprise-wide systems for the campus. This unit assists in and tracks testing protocols related to patches and upgrades in PeopleSoft modules and works with departments, users, and subject matter experts to improve functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
