The Toro Sucess Collaborative, or TSC, is CSUDH's new one-stop-shop to schedule various campus appointments

You will need to log into your TSC account to access most TLTC services. It's easy and can be done in one of two ways:

  1. Log in directly through csudh.campus.eab.com OR 
  2. Log in through your mycsudh portal at my.csudh.edu and click on the yellow TSC icon

Once you are logged into TSC, look for the blue bar titled, "Schedule an Advising or Tutoring Appointment." Click on the box, and start working on scheduling your appointment or jumping into your

  • Math Study Hall
    • Mondays-Thursday: 7:00pm-8:00pm
  • CHE 108 Just in Time Study Session
    • Fridays: 10:00am-12:00pm
    • Mondays: 3:00pm-4:30pm
  • Drop-In Tutoring

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, log into your TSC account and select “Schedule an Advising or Tutoring Appointment” on the top right corner of your homepage. Choose “ONLINE: Tutoring related to one of my classes” to receive tutoring for a course you are taking. Follow the prompts to schedule your appointment or to submit an appointment request form. 

NOTE: You should always default your service to “ONLINE: Tutoring related to one of my courses” unless you are seeking access to one of the other drop-in tutoring events listed. Math Study Hall is a one-hour drop-in tutoring session that is held from Monday-Thursday at 7-8 PM where students can work together and also seek additional support from a peer educator.

How do I cancel my appointment?

To cancel a tutoring appointment, log into your TSC account and look to the right side of your home screen to view all of your upcoming appointments. Click on your appointment and select “Cancel Attendance” on the bottom left of the appointment window. Please also select the reason for your cancellation.

How can I reschedule my appointment for tutoring?

First, cancel your existing appointment and then schedule a new one. Refer to the “Making an Appointment” guide provided above for assistance with making another appointment.

There aren’t any tutors available for one of my classes, so what should I do?

If you don’t see an appointment time within your availability, please fill out an Appointment Request Form located at the bottom of the scheduling page. Your request will be submitted to the front desk, and someone will contact you shortly thereafter during our business hours.

Does the TLTC help with writing assignments?

No, but the Writing Center does. Contact them for help with writing assignments: https://www.csudh.edu/writing-center/ . If you need help with specific content, the TLTC has course specific tutors who can help you with course specific concepts. 

How many tutoring appointments can I make?

Students are allowed one appointment per day, and no more than 3 per week. Students are allowed one standing appointment at a time, so any additional appointments must be scheduled after the existing appointment has been completed or canceled. 

How do I access my tutoring sessions?

First, check in to your appointment via your TSC homepage. Once checked in, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for your appointment. This will take you to your tutoring appointment on Zoom. Please refrain from checking in before your appointment time to avoid interrupting another session.

What happens if I miss my appointment by accident or mistake?

We understand that things come up, and you may forget to attend an appointment. Still, it is always best to cancel your appointment on TSC if you know in advance that you will not be able to attend your session. There is no penalty for canceling up to an hour in advance, and it frees up your appointment slot for someone else. However, continuous cancellations will result in your inability to make future tutoring appointments with us. Our system allows for up to three no-shows before you are blocked from making more appointments for the month.

How do I access the Just in Time: CHE 108 session?

To access the Just in Time: CHE 108 session, log in to your TSC account. Once logged in, select “Schedule an Advising or Tutoring Appointment” on the upper right corner of the page. You may then select the “Just in Time: CHE 108” option as your service. Please note that you are only able to access this drop-in tutoring service during the scheduled times. Once you get to the check-in screen, copy and paste the listed Zoom link into a separate window or tab and then check in to your session.

How do I access the Math Study Hall?

To access the Math Study Hall, log in to your TSC account. Once logged in, select “Schedule an Advising or Tutoring Appointment” on the upper right corner of the page. You may then select the “Math Study Hall” option as your service. Please note that you are only able to access this drop-in tutoring service from Monday through Thursday at 7-8 pm. I am registered with SdRC and should receive an hour-long appointment per my accommodation. How do I go about scheduling or requesting this?

If you would like to use your 60-minute tutoring appointment accommodation, please submit an Appointment Request Form located at the bottom of the scheduling page. Make sure to state that you are registered with SdRC in the description to receive your accommodation. 

NOTE: Although we always try our best to accommodate all students and their needs, we cannot always assure that you will receive an hour-long appointment as this also depends on our tutors’ availability.
