By submitting payment by electronic check you are giving permission to process the payment as an EFT.
For payments made online, this could mean that funds are deducted from your bank account immediately.
By submitting payment by electronic check you are giving permission to charge you a fee for the return of an EFT unpaid due to insufficient or uncollected funds in the account specified for the transaction. The amount of the fee will be $25.
