CSUDH Carpool Match Program (For Students Only)

We’re excited to introduce the CSUDH Carpool Match Program to help students save money, make new friends, and reduce their carbon footprint by sharing rides. Whether you have a car or not, this program connects you with others on similar commuting routes and schedules.

Why Join?

  • Save Money: Share rides and reduce commuting costs, such as splitting gas and parking permits.
  • Make Friends: Connect with fellow students living in your area.
  • Reduce Emissions: Carpooling cuts down on greenhouse gas emissions, such as carbon dioxide.

How to Get Started:

  1. Sign Up: Complete the intake form on Microsoft Forms.
  2. Get Matched: We’ll connect you with students on similar routes.
  3. Meet & Greet: Attend a meet-and-greet event to meet your potential carpool buddies hosted by the Office of Sustainability!

Enterprise Vanpool Service (For Full-Time Staff).

Full-time staff are eligible to join the Enterprise Vanpool Program, an affordable and low-emission commuting option. Share a van with other CSUDH staff, reduce the cost of gas and maintenance, and minimize your environmental impact.

If we find a match based on your location using your employee ID, we’ll contact you via email to invite you to one of our vanpool group meetings launching throughout October 2024. Be on the lookout for further communications from us!
