California State University, Dominguez Hills recognizes the importance of engaging with the surrounding community. Establishing relationships with local community leaders, government officials, and esteemed alumni can bring new and exciting opportunities for CSUDH students and campus leadership.
In 2015, University Advancement established the Office of External Relations to unify focus with its most influential outside support systems: CSUDH alumni and the local community. The new department houses the office of Government and Community Relations and Alumni Relations.
