Effective & Integrated Planning: Where Toros Actualize Ideas
Established through collaboration across university divisions, the University Planning Committee (UPC) serves as a consultative body practicing effective institutional integrated planning of high-impact, large-scale campus projects. The committee implements the best practices of process, project, and change management to ensure all stakeholders are involved at the right time to align priorities across the organization. By practicing integrated planning, CSUDH sets strategic priorities and coordinates the use of resources. This will encompass large-scale, high-impact projects that:
Impact a quarter of the campus population (staff, faculty, and/or students)
AND/OR
Require resources from 3 or more divisions and/or colleges
