The Certificate in Supply Chain Management offers supply chain management training classes online and at company-sponsored sites.

Costs

The tuition for each three-unit course is in the course schedule. Textbooks and other related materials are not included in the tuition. Projected budget to complete the certificate program is approximately $3,650 (including all materials). There are five courses in the program.

Certificate Requirements

No application is required for entering the certificate program. To earn the certificate, you must complete the five courses offered achieving an over-all grade point average of 2.5 or better. The certificate must be completed within three years once the student has started the program.

About the Supply Chain Management Instructor

Frank Putz, Faculty Frank Putz, MBA, Instructor, Lifetime A.P.P., Lifetime C.P.M., CPSM Review Instructor, with over 30 years of experience in electronics, material planning, and military procurement practices. He has taught classes in economics, management, supply management (purchasing) and supply chain management. He has been teaching classes for CSUDH for over 20 years. He earned his BA in Economics, MBA, and Production and Inventory Control Certificate from CSUDH.

A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon successful completion of the required courses.

Note: Once you have completed all the required courses, you may request your certificate via our online application. The processing time is approximately 6-8 weeks from the time of submission, and includes both a digital certificate link and a printed physical certificate.
