Fee Payment Information

DEADLINES

Students must pay fees on day of registration or courses may be dropped for non-payment. If courses are dropped for non-payment, you may register again and pay immediately to reserve your course selections, if there are still seats available. You will not receive a bill. You may review your registration fees on MyCSUDH.

  • WHEN:
    Your fees are due at the time of registration. You will not receive a bill. You may check your fees at MyCSUDH.
  • HOW:
    Fees may be paid three ways: online, in person, or by mail. Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Discover, or MasterCard). Cash is not accepted.

For online payment: go to ToroPay at MyCSUDH; Fees MUST be paid at the time of registration. After adding a course, be sure to click on “Account Inquiry” first, then go to the “Make a Payment” page, select “May 2025” and pay with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card.

  • Pay in person at the CCPE Registration Office, south of Parking Lot 3.
  • Mail (check only) payment to:
    College of Continuing and Professional Education
    1000 East Victoria Street
    Carson, CA 90747 (Applicable only to those mailing their registration and must be received by the deadlines indicated above)

FINANCIAL AID

Financial Aid may be available for Spring Intersession classes. Contact the Financial Aid office for more information.

Even if you are not using financial aid, any student who registers via my.csudh.edu for May Intersession 2025 must submit payment before 8am the next business day, or you may be dis-enrolled.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are available. For information, call the College of Continuing and Professional Education Registration Office at 310-243-3741, option 1 or email ceereg@csudh.edu.

REFUNDS

Refunds are based on the date a student officially withdraws from a class. Official withdrawal is the date received. Refunds are calculated as follows for May Intersession:

  • For drops through May 16, 2025, the refund will be the total fee paid, less $10 administrative costs.
  • For drops occurring May 17 - May 23, 2025, the refund will be 65% of the total fee paid.
  • For drops after May 23, 2025, there will be no refunds.

CANCELLED COURSES

Courses may be cancelled if there are not enough students enrolled. If a course is cancelled, a full refund will be automatically processed. Please allow six to eight weeks for processing.

GRADES

Please check my.csudh.edu for your grades beginning 72 hours after the course end date.
