Our objective is to create a dynamic, interactive distance learning environment for our students. To that end, we will use a variety of delivery methods, fitting learning activities to the most appropriate technology as technology interacts with the various learning modalities, such as interactive live video (Zoom) sessions, recorded lectures, and recorded PowerPoint presentations.
Students enrolled in the BSQA program will learn through a combination of email discussion, website exploration, video, live meetings, webinars, and traditional textbook reading and writing assignments.
Class discussion is currently accomplished through Canvas, a learning management system (LMS). The instructor posts assignments and discussion prompts for the class via Canvas, and students respond and interact by using the Canvas menu at the course site.
Students will use the course LMS and other CSUDH resource websites for a variety of activities, including getting assignments, conducting research, obtaining the latest program and class news and information, etc.
