Cashier’s Office

The main function of the Cashier's Office is to accept payments from students and the campus community and to ensure accurate postings of these transactions to student accounts. The Cashier's Office also provides petty cash reimbursements and payroll distribution for CSUDH staff and faculty.

How to Pay Your Bills

Fees may be paid four ways: online, in person, Cashier's Office drop box, or by mail. Please see additional details below for each payment option, including International Bank Accounts.

Cashier's Office Drop Box

The Cashier's Office drop box is located outside to the left of the Student Financial Services (SFS) Office entrance on the second floor of Welch Hall B-270. This drop box can receive check deposits, student fee payments, and departmental deposits.

Student Fee Payments

  • Student fee payments shall be made via personal check, cashier's check, or money order.
  • Do not leave cash in the SFS drop box.
  • Please include a written note with your check or money order identifying the student's name, CSUDH ID number, and contact information.

Departmental Deposits

  • Departments must include the signed Deposit Transmittal Form with the check to be processed for deposit.
Cashier's Office Window (In-Person)

Payments made in-person at the Cashier's Office window must be in the form of: cash, cashier's check, personal check, or money order.

No credit or debit card transactions can be made at the window.

Credit & Debit Card Payments (Online Only)

Students who want to pay by credit/debit card will need to do so online. Credit and debit cards are not accepted at the cashier's window. 

To pay online, sign on to My.CSUDH.edu click the "ToroPay" icon, under Launchpad. You can pay by electronic check or by credit/debit card. There is a non-refundable 2.95% service fee ($3 minimum) that goes directly to the third-party, processor TouchNet® PayPathTM, for paying with a credit card or debit card. There is no fee charged for paying with an electronic check. 

International (Non-US) Bank Account

To pay from an international (Non-US) bank account, California State University, Dominguez Hills encourages students to consider an international payment service provider that best meets their needs. Some options might include Flywire by peerTransfer, Western Union, or contacting your bank for possible payment options.

Mail a Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order

Mail check, cashier's check, or money order payments to the address below. Please include your student identification number with your payment.

To pay by mail, payment must be received in the Cashier's Office by the due date(s). A postmark does not establish the payment date.

Live Paychecks

Important Update

Attention CSUDH Employees & Student Assistants who receive “live” paychecks and are not currently enrolled in direct deposit.

Effective January 2023: All live paychecks are now distributed through campus departments. Please contact your department for pick-up time and location.

Employees are also encouraged to sign up for direct deposit by submitting the completed Direct Deposit Form to Payroll Services. Please see Payroll Services FAQ for instructions for enrolling in direct deposit. Please do not email this form as it contains confidential information that should not be sent via email for security purposes.
